Specialized Pre-Conception Program

Welcome to our exclusive program designed to support women in optimizing their health and well-being during the pre-conception or planning phase. We understand the importance of preparing both physically and mentally for motherhood, and our program is tailored to meet your unique needs and help you embark on this transformative journey.

Led by Dr. Sonali, a physical therapist specialized in fertility and reproductive health, our program offers personalized guidance and support to address various concerns and conditions that may impact your fertility and pregnancy experience, whether you are planning a natural conception or exploring assisted reproductive technologies.





Assessment Phase:

  • PhysioYoga Consultation
  • In a thorough one-hour session, we assess your lifestyle, posture, and musculoskeletal health to identify any issues that may affect your fertility and pregnancy. We address concerns such as back pain, coccyx pain, endometriosis, PCOS, weight gain, and more.

  • Nutrition Consultation
  • In a one-hour session, we review your current diet and preferences, analyzing a 3-Day Food Diary. Based on this information, we develop a personalized meal plan to optimize your fertility and support a healthy pregnancy. We are inclusive of all food preferences and allergies- gluten, dairy, vegan and so on.

  • You will participate in eight tailored physiotherapy and yoga sessions per month. These sessions are designed to address your specific needs, improve your physical well-being, and help you prepare for the journey of motherhood.

Equip dads with the knowledge and skills to be the ultimate cheerleader and advocate during the birth process. Join our signature workshop, Labor & Birth - with dads in Charge where you'll learn breathing techniques, synchronized movements, and how to create a birth plan that suits your unique needs. Birth is a team effort, and this workshop will help dads play an active and supportive role.
